Questions
Is it real AI?
Yes. It uses an AI language model to write replies in plain English, based only on the business information you've approved.
What if it gets something wrong or doesn't know?
Like any AI, it can make mistakes. It's told to stick to your information, say when it doesn't know, and point people to you.
Where do chat messages go?
Messages are processed by DeepSeek, an AI provider, so it can write the replies. Please don't share sensitive personal details in the chat. My privacy policy has the details.
Is there a limit?
Normal use is included. If your chat gets very busy (over 500 conversations a month), I'll talk to you before anything changes.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Just let me know, and your site stays live until exactly one month after your last payment.
Do I need a separate chatbot subscription?
No. The AI chat assistant is included in the £14.99 monthly website package. You don't pay another chatbot vendor on top for the assistant I provide.
Is this just a chatbot I add to an existing website?
No. I build you a custom website with the AI chatbot included. If you only need a widget for a site you already have, a specialist SaaS chatbot tool may suit you better.
Can I turn it off?
If you'd rather not show the chat on your website, tell me and I'll remove or hide it.
Does the price include VAT?
I'm not VAT-registered, so there's no VAT to add. The price is simply £14.99 a month.
